Talk through your concerns, have your skin analysed with the OBSERV 520 and receive tailored treatment and homecare recommendations from Sangita.

Consultation with Customised Facial
75 minutes
Your consultation is followed by a Customised Facial at the same appointment. Based on her assessment, Sangita will select the products and techniques to address concerns such as dehydration, dullness, congestion, acne, pigmentation, redness, sensitivity or signs of ageing.
Why book a skin consultation?
Your consultation starts with a conversation about your skin concerns, what you’d like to change or improve and any factors that may be affecting your skin, such as hormones, lifestyle, diet, medication and the products you use.
Sangita will examine your skin and use the OBSERV 520 to look beneath its surface. She’ll explain what she sees and recommend a tailored treatment and homecare plan. This may include advice on products and how to use them, along with nutrition or supplement suggestions where relevant.

What happens during a skin consultation?
During your consultation, Sangita will discuss your concerns, skin history and current routine. She’ll examine your skin, use the OBSERV 520 to complete a detailed analysis and recommend suitable treatments and homecare.
What does an OBSERV 520 skin analysis show?
The OBSERV 520 uses different light modes to capture detailed images of your skin, including features that aren’t always visible under normal light. Sangita uses these images alongside the information you provide and her visual assessment.
How long does a skin consultation take?
A Skin Consultation takes 45 minutes. A Consultation with Customised Facial takes 75 minutes.
How much does a skin consultation cost?
A Skin Consultation costs $75. This fee is redeemable on products recommended during your appointment. A Consultation with Customised Facial costs $229.
Can I book a skin consultation and facial together?
Yes. The $229 option includes a consultation, OBSERV 520 analysis and Customised Facial at the same appointment. Sangita uses the consultation findings to select the products and techniques used in your facial.
What skin concerns can be assessed during a consultation?
Sangita can assess concerns including dehydration, dullness, congestion, acne, pigmentation, redness, sensitivity and signs of ageing.
Do I need a consultation before booking a skin treatment?
Not for every treatment. A consultation is recommended if you’re new to Skinworks or unsure which treatment is suitable for your skin. It is required before some advanced treatments.
