Choose the eyelids for loose or crepey skin, crow’s feet for lines at the outer corners of the eyes, or the upper lip for vertical lines above the mouth. The treatment is focused on tightening the skin within your chosen area.
Customised Area Package
60 minutes, plus around 40 minutes for numbing.
For treating the eyelids and mouth area as part of the same plan. This option works on loose skin around the eyes and lines around the upper lip or mouth. The exact treatment area will be confirmed during your consultation.
How does Plasma Skin Tightening work?
Plasma Skin Tightening uses a small probe to apply plasma energy in a pattern of tiny points across the treatment area. Each point creates a controlled heat response at the skin’s surface, causing the tissue to contract.
This controlled response also starts the skin’s natural repair process. As the area heals, changes in the skin may help it look firmer and make lines less visible. Results depend on the area treated, the amount of loose skin and how your skin heals.
A topical anaesthetic is applied around 40 minutes before treatment. Small brown dots form where the plasma energy has been applied and usually fall away within three to five days.

Is Plasma Skin Tightening the same as a plasma pen treatment?
Yes. Plasma Skin Tightening may also be called a plasma pen or fibroblast treatment. A small probe creates points of plasma energy at the surface of the skin to produce a controlled heat response.
Does Plasma Skin Tightening hurt?
A little, but numbing cream is applied around 40 minutes before treatment. You may still feel some warmth, stinging or sensitivity, especially around the eyes or mouth.
When will I see results?
Some tightening may be visible straight after treatment, but swelling can make the result difficult to judge. You will get a clearer idea once the brown dots have fallen away and the skin has settled. Results vary from person to person.
How should I look after my skin after treatment?
Use the aftercare products provided until the brown dots fall away naturally. Do not pick or scratch them, as this can affect healing. The treated skin should also be protected from the sun.
Is Plasma Skin Tightening the same as eyelid surgery?
No. Plasma Skin Tightening does not use a scalpel or stitches, but it still creates controlled heat points on the skin. It may improve mild loose skin and lines, but it does not remove excess skin or give the same result as eyelid surgery.
Can Plasma Skin Tightening cause scarring or changes in skin colour?
There is a minor risk of scarring, infection or changes in skin colour. Skin tone, treatment settings and aftercare can all affect this risk. Sangita will make sure your skin is assessed during the consultation before any treatment is booked.
Who should not have Plasma Skin Tightening?
The treatment may not be suitable if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking or have recently taken isotretinoin, have broken or infected skin in the treatment area, have a history of raised scars, or have a health condition that affects healing. Your medical history will be reviewed during the required consultation.
