Cancellation Policy

We understand that adjustments to the schedule are sometimes necessary, but if you can’t make it to the clinic at the time we’ve reserved for you, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice. We require this time so we can reallocate your appointment to another client.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, or miss your booked appointment without giving us notice, we reserve the right to charge you 50% of the service you have booked. However, all that can be easily avoided by a call to the team. Thank you, and we hope to see you at Skinworks Clinic.
